Harry Manx is definitely one of those guys that most people don’t know about. He is an extremely talented folk musician from the Isle of Man. You can hear eastern influences in a lot of his music but not so much in this song. Enjoy!

This funky groove is perfect to get your weekend started. This version of Step It Up features Alice Russell on vocals. She is such a great singer and I will have to get more of her stuff on here.

You can check out The Bamboos here, Alice Russell here, and a cool Alice Russell video here.

Most Smashing Pumpkins albums were very popular in the 90’s and Siamese Dream, released in 1993, was no exception. I want to bring back Mayonaise, a forgotten song off of Siamese Dream for many people.

Taj Mahal is one of my favorite musicians and song writers. I was lucky enough to get back stage passes to his show at the Fillmore in San Francisco a few months ago where I heard him perform Queen Bee live.
