Umoja is a band from Puerto Rico and that is about as much info as I can find on them. This song was recommended by a friend who had a digital copy of the tune. I haven’t been able to find this song or other tracks by Umoja anywhere on the web.

Loading ...“Carry Go Bring Home” was a really popular song in Jamaica but chances are you haven’t heard it because American radio doesn’t play Jamaican ska.
(+2 rating, 2 votes) Loading ...Here’s a super funky song you may not have heard in a while. Rose Royce released “Car Wash” in 1976 for the hit movie Car Wash. They also had a couple other hits on the sound track including “I Wanna Get Next To You” which is a great song.
(No Ratings Yet) Loading ...Pressure Chief is one of my all time favorite albums. I’m not even sure how much people seek out this album today. Searching “Pressure Chief” with Google’s keyword tool shows surprisingly low results (try comparing the results to other albums released in 2004 if you want proof). While this song doesn’t have my favorite lyrics on the album, I think it has such a great melody.
